What’s In Store: Melissa and Doug

by *LyndiLou* on April 23, 2010

PartyLand has been around since 1979. Melissa and Doug started back in 1988. Now here we are in 2010, and the two have joined forces to bring you some of the very best toys and childrens products around. What’s In Store now are Melissa and Doug toys that will entertain your kids, grand-kids, your neighbor’s kids . . . . and you!

The bright and useful garden and outdoor items in the Sunny Patch collection will have you excited to spend some quality time outside with your kids and nature!

PartyLand has gloves and sprinklers to make yard work fun…

and fun finds such as kick balls, bug houses, magnifying glasses, and even a croquet set to help you play hard when the chores are done!

Going on a road trip this summer? Be sure to stop by PartyLand and pack up the entertainment with a Melissa and Doug travel game like Hangman or art supplies to keep your crafty little ones content.

PartyLand carries Melissa and Doug toys that are great indoors too. With dolls, puppets, and build-your-own puppet kits and LOTS more your children will enjoy every minute of play time with these quality products, and with you!  You’ll love that you don’t have to pay shipping to get these great toys because you can find them at a PartyLand near you!

See you in the store!

***Items shown in this and other blog posts are subject to availability. If your local PartyLand is sold out of something, ask an employee to help you check another PartyLand location for that item. Shop early for the best selection.***

MAN do I love Melissa and Doug! So glad to know of another place to find their stuff. Do you guys have the wooden toys too?

We DO carry the wooden toys! You can find classic toys like the Pound and Roll Tower, the Geometric Stacking Tower and the Shape Sorting Cube at PartyLand! Great question… thanks for asking!

I didn’t know PartyLand had been around for so long. Do you guys ever do discounts during your anniversary week or anything? You are a party store after all. It seems appropriate that you would celebrate something like your own milestone 🙂

Also, I think that hangman thing is cool. I’ve never seen anything like that for that game–only ever hand-written or computerized. Very nice!

PartyLand has been around for a while indeed! I’ll make sure and pass along your idea to celebrate our own anniversary… because you’re right, that DOES seem appropriate! 🙂

You’ll have to come in and check out all the great toys at PartyLand… they’re even more fun in person!

I would waaaay rather drive down the street for Melissa and Doug than always order it online. Way to go for saving me time. Love the garden stuff. The little bug carriers are hysterical!
